An escape room is an interactive game in which a team of players discover clues, solve puzzles and complete tasks in one or more rooms to accomplish a specific goal in a limited amount of time.
2.) Will I actually be locked inside a room?
The doors are not locked and you are free to come out of the room at any time.
3.) How old do I have to be to play?
We suggest our guests be at least 11 years old or older. Puzzle difficulty may keep younger children from enjoying the experience. And all minors must be accompanied by at least one adult in the room. We will not turn anyone away based on age, however all guests who enter the room must pay the admittance fee.
4.) Is there parking?
Yes we provide free parking. We are on the lower level of the building behind the red building off of Woods Creek road.
5.) Can I walk in, or do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome, though we may not be able to fit you in at the time if other people are in the games. We suggest you book online, you can also call to set up an appointment time.
6.) What are the rules?
We are mind over matter, raw strength is not necessary. Game elements should open easily with the right answer.
Items not a part of the game play will be marked with a pink dot.
No outside tools are needed, you will be given everything you need to complete the game.
Be respectful of other players and staff.
You may not play if under the influence.
All players must sign a waiver.
To prevent spoiling the game for others, please no photos in the rooms or sharing how to beat or what to expect in the rooms.
EscapeGoats provides lockers to lock your phones, and personal belongings before your game experience begins.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
7.) Can I pay in cash on arrival?
We ask for a deposit to secure your booking time through the website. You can then add additional players upon arrival, we accept cash or card.
8.) Will I be playing with strangers?
No all of our rooms are private.
9.) What if I cant make my booking time?
If you cant make your scheduled booking time, please call and let us know as soon as possible. Cancelations within 24hours of your scheduled booing time will not be refunded, but we will try to fit you into another timeslot if available.
10.) How many people can I bring?
We have a maximum occupancy listed for each room. If your party is larger than what our occupancy is, we may be able to accommodate you by booking out 2 of our escape room experiences at the same time. Feel free to give us a call in those cases.
11.) How do I reserve a room?
Chose your room and click the Book Now button, reserve your date and time number of players, and pay your admittance fee.
12.) Once I have made a booking can I add more players?
Sure! You can as long as it doesn’t exceed the maximum occupancy for players in the room you have chosen.
13.) How long does it take?
Each room is a 60 minute room, we do have a unique feature where you can complete an EscapeGoat puzzle that is not related to the rooms theme to add an additional 5 minutes to your time clock. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booked time to allow for waiver forms, restroom breaks and other information.
14.) What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans change, so reservations can be canceled up to 48 hours before your game. For fully paid bookings a refund will be issued less the deposit. The deposit can be used for another game within 30 days, otherwise will be forfeited. Give us a call and we will be happy to assist you.[/read}
15.) Can I reschedule? We can reschedule games up to 4 hours before your reservation time. Within 4 hours of the start time, the game is not transferable and non-refundable.
16.) Are your rooms handicap accessible?
Yes our rooms are handicap accessible, and wheelchair friendly and there is a ramp in the parking lot. Please let us know ahead of time if you have trouble reaching the ground or above your head. We will do our best to adjust reach and access.
17.) What if I don’t escape?
We at EscapeGoats want our guests to enjoy the adventure and beat our rooms. If you don’t escape and would like a re-do, we offer a half-off discount for those who would like to try again. A re-do booking must be made within 30 days, please call to schedule those bookings.
18.) Can I purchase gift cards?
Yes you can, each of our gift cards is for one of our escape room experiences for two, just look for our gift card option and press the buy now button. Your recipient will then call to book their experience.
