An escape room is a game in which a team of players discover clues, solve puzzles and complete tasks in one or more rooms to accomplish a specific goal in a limited amount of time.
We suggest our guests be at least 11 years old or older. Puzzle difficulty may keep younger children from enjoying the experience. And all minors must be accompanied by at least one adult in the room. We will not turn anyone away based on age, however all guests who enter the room must pay the admittance fee.
Each room is a 60 minute room, we do have a unique feature where you can complete an Escapegoat puzzle that is not related to the rooms theme to add an additional 5 minutes to your time clock. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booked time to allow for waiver forms, restroom breaks and other information.
If you cant make your scheduled booking time, please call and let us know as soon as possible. Cancelations within 24hours of your scheduled booing time will not be refunded.
We understand that plans change, so reservations can be canceled up to 48 hours before your game for a full refund! Give us a call and we will be happy to assist you.[/read}
Absolutely not. Please arrive for your scheduled booking time sobor from alcohol or other intoxicants. Escape rooms are a mental exercise, you will need to be able to think. If Escapegoats staff suspects you or anyone in your party has been drinking or under the influence you may be removed from the premise and your fees will not be refunded.
We have a maximum occupancy listed for each room. If your party is larger than what our occupancy is, we may be able to accommodate you by booking out 2 of our escape room experiences at the same time. Feel free to give us a call in those cases.
We require at least one ticket be purchased online via credit card payment to secure your booking time. You can then add additional players upon arrival, not exceeding our occupancy per room.
Yes our rooms are handicap accessible, and wheelchair friendly. If wheelchair access is needed, please park in the handicap parking spaces at the other end of our parking lot for the ramp is located on that end.
We at Escapegoats want our guests to enjoy the adventure and beat our rooms. If you don’t escape and would like a re-do, we offer a half off discount for those who would like to try again. A re-do booking must be made during the week, Monday- Friday, please call to schedule those bookings.
We are mind over matter, no raw strength is necessary.
No forcing of game elements, most of our out of the game experience things, will be marked.
No outside tools, this includes flashlights.

No photography or cell phones in our rooms, Escapegoats provides lockers to lock your phones, and personal belongings into before your game experience begins.
